New Car Seat Regulations in Switzerland As of 1 April 2010, children under 12 years of age who are less than 150cm tall must sit in a childs car seat. (The requirement used to be 7 years of age).

The BCT is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization that provides help, support, and information to expectant parents and families with young children living in the Basel area.
